Refund policy

At DrYaminiSaraf.com, all orthodontic treatments, consultations, aligner plans, and dental services are personalized and custom-made for each patient.

1. No Refund Policy

  • Once a payment is made for consultation, orthodontic treatment, braces, aligners, or any dental service, the amount is 100% non-refundable.

  • This includes:

    • Diagnostic records (X-rays, scans, photos)

    • Treatment planning fees

    • Aligner planning charges

    • Any advance or full-payment for orthodontic treatment

  • As treatment planning begins immediately after payment, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

2. No Exchange / Transfer Policy

  • Treatment plans or payments cannot be exchanged, transferred to another patient, or adjusted towards any other service.

  • Aligner kits, treatment simulations, and customized appliances are non-returnable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Missed appointments may lead to additional charges.

4. Treatment Responsibility

  • Patients must follow the treatment guidelines — including wearing aligners/braces as directed, attending reviews, and maintaining oral hygiene — to achieve best results.

  • Failure to follow instructions does not qualify for refund or free redoing of treatment.
