  • All payments are non-refundable as treatments are customized for each patient.

  • Prices and fees may change without prior notice.

6. No Refund & No Exchange Policy

  • Orthodontic services, treatment plans, aligner kits, and diagnostic procedures are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or exchanged under any circumstance.

7. Patient Responsibilities

By availing treatment, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled appointments on time.

  • Follow all instructions given for aligners, braces, or appliances.

    Failure to comply may affect treatment outcome and may require additional charges.
